BCBGMAXAZRIA is the conception of founder, designer, chairman and chief executive officer Max Azria. Azria, a native of Paris, brought the idea of Parisian Chic to the shores of the United States in 1989 and has enjoyed unparalleled success ever since.

The label, named after the Parisian slang for 'bon chic bon genre' (good style, good attitude), has expanded from a capsule collection of only 3 pieces to an all-encompassing range of chic but eminently wearable pieces.

BCBG counts many Hollywood starlets amongst its loyal fans including Beyonce, Hilary Duff, as well as Jessica and Ashlee Simpson.
