Jason Bleick was exposed to the cut & sew process as a child through the sewing factories that his father owned and operated in Los Angeles. Growing up in Huntington Beach, California amongst the surf and skate culture, most of his creative work was with the action sports world. Bleick formerly was a VP at Quiksilver before launching the EVER collection in 2003.

Jamie Haller joined EVER in 2007 as Women's Design Director with a shared vision of re-launching EVER women's as a full collection. Jamie's past experience include designing for LA companies such as Guess and Bebe. Jamie grew up in San Diego, California and graduated from Woodbury University in Los Angeles in 2001 after receiving a BA degree in fashion design.

"Our creative process is personal, we do what we believe in and what is real to us," says founder and creative director Jason Bleick. To find the highest quality fabrics and components available, the creative duo travel around the world visiting both crowded and remote places searching for unique details, textures, patterns, graphics and images that inspire each collection.

The EVER icon signifires the asian proverb "though a tree grows so high, the falling leaves return to the root." This idea flows throught the Ever philosophy of embracing progress yet timelessness, to travel and return home.
