Trained as a painter in Paris, Frederique Dessemond's delicate, solid fourteen-karat-gold jewelry reflects her artistic background and eye for detail.

After moving to New York in 1999, she was discovered by a buyer from Calypso Bijoux while selling her wares on the streets of Nolita. Since then, Dessemond's signature monogrammed gold and silver disks have been sold in Henri Bendel, Barneys, and her own jewellery bar, Ginette NY.
