All purchases come in our luxurious and exclusive packaging. You will also be given the option at check out to purchase a handmade card which can be handwritten with a personal message if the order is being delivered directly as a gift.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT within the UK. Customers outside the UK will automatically have VAT charges deducted from their order.

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch (Maestro) & Amex. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. We ensure that our customers can shop online with complete confidence using the latest security technology. Your credit card details are passed to a financial institution for authorisation and payment . Austique does not retain credit card information once your transaction is complete.

Austique is very happy to offer a predictive delivery service using Interlink Express Shipping Service, on which all packages are insured. On all UK deliveries you will receive a text message and email informing you of the exact hour your parcel will be delivered. As the parcel will need to be signed for, if you’re out, or it’s not a good time, just text them back and let them know when suits you! It really couldn’t be easier.

We now offer free returns on all items within the UK. Simply follow the instructions enclosed with your order to return your parcel to us.
*Shipping to the United States: please note customs duties may apply for which the customer is responsible. These will be charged upon delivery by the shipper.
*We cannot offer returns on any bespoke items, including underwear and jewellery.
You will be emailed a DHL tracking number as soon as you have placed your order, which will be updated as your package is shipped. Alternatively, to track your order, please call us on 44 20 7376 4555 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you a full update as to when your order will be delivered. Please have your order number to hand.
Your right to cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full.
If you are not completely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of invoice (28 days outside of UK) in the same condition as you received them. We will be more than happy to offer you a ‘no quibbles’ exchange or refund provided that the products are returned in perfect, unused condition and with the original packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Please pay extra attention to the product care information, as labeled on the product, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty.
