Payment

Payment Methods

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT within the UK. Customers outside the UK will automatically have VAT charges deducted from their order.

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or debit card and use verified by visa and Mastercard SecureCode. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch (Maestro) & Amex.

Online Security

We ensure that our customers can shop online with complete confidence using the latest security technology. Your credit card details are passed to a financial institution for authorisation and payment. Austique does not retain credit card information once your transaction is complete. Payment will be debited from your account at time of despatch.

Purchasing a Gift

If the order is being delivered directly as a gift. You have the option at checkout to add a personal message which can be added to the delivery in a hand written note.

UK Delivery times and costs

Click and Collect –  £0 – Buy online and collect in store at Notting Hill or Chelsea
Free UK Delivery – £0 – Free UK Delivery on all orders over £100
London Same Day Delivery –  £15 – Same day when order placed before 2pm on a working day and the shipping address is within London
UK Next Working Day – £5 – Next Working Day when order placed before 2pm

International Delivery times and costs

Europe – £20 – 2 working days
United States – £25 – 1-2 working days
Australia – £30 – 3-4 working days
Rest of the world – £30 – 2-6 working days

Custom Duties

When shipping outside of the EU, please note custom duties may apply for which the customer is responsible. These will be charged upon delivery by the shipper.

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full.

Returns

Returns Policy 

If you are not completely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receiving the purchase (28 days outside of UK) in the same condition as you received them. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that the products are returned in perfect, unused condition and with the original packaging, including the designer tag and the returns tag. Please note returns will only be accepted if the returns tag is still attached. Delivery charges are non-refundable. We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Please pay extra attention to the product care information, as labelled on the product, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash. We cannot accept returns on any bespoke items or earrings for hygiene reasons.

In Store Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or credit note, upon production of a valid receipt, provided items are in perfect resalable condition. Refunds will only be given in the event that goods are deemed by the supplier to be faulty. Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

How to Return Goods

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty.
